This is where our journey begins. Get to know a little bit about me. My name is Shawn.  I'm the face behind Charcuterie By The Sea LLC. I'm originally from Erie, PA but currently reside in Myrtle Beach, SC. I have always loved the beach and the fine cuisines that always seem to follow. Hosting parties/gatherings have always been a passion of mine.

I discovered Charcuterie years back and just love the look & simplicity that they provide. Being inspired by all of that, as well as  my love for food, I decided that I would like to  share my experiences with others and create wonderful,  unforgettable memories with every bite.
