This is where our journey begins. Get to know a little bit about me. My name is Shawn. I'm the face behind Charcuterie By The Sea LLC. I'm originally from Erie, PA but currently reside in Myrtle Beach, SC. I have always loved the beach and the fine cuisines that always seem to follow. Hosting parties/gathering have always been a passion of mine.

      I discovered Charcuterie years back and fell in love with the look & simplicity that it provided. Being inspired by all  that, as well as for my love of food, I decided that I would like to share my experiences with others to create wonderful, unforgettable memories with every bite. So whether it be for a Bridal Shower, Wine Tasting or any other special occasion, I want you to enjoy the Charcuterie experience with me.
